Job Responsibility:
Responding to patient inquiries via phone in a friendly and informative manner
Acting as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey
Booking surgical appointments and consultations efficiently
Managing invoicing processes for deposits and balances
Ensuring patient needs are met during their visits
Coordinating essential items such as glasses for patients
Accurately updating patient records in the database
Contributing to a supportive and collaborative clinic environment
Performing administrative tasks at the end of each day
Meeting monthly targets and KPIs to support clinic success
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles
At least 2 years' sales experience, ideally in consumer services, with a track record of meeting KPIs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks using computers
Familiarity with simple database applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the Internet
Some post-secondary education (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance the patient experience
