This customer service facing position interacts directly with patients, physicians, caregivers, and internal departments to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. The primary function is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new infusion patients to CVS Specialty and Coram.
Job Responsibility:
Interact directly with patients, physicians, caregivers, and internal departments to answer questions and solve problems
Provide education and maintain company's reputation for high-quality service
Provide seamless onboarding experience for new infusion patients
Process new referrals and provide customer education
Routine assessment and problem identification
Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in customer service and/or healthcare environment
Minimum two years healthcare insurance coverage/benefit experience
Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
Nice to have:
Preferred experience working with healthcare insurance and medical terminology
