Job Responsibility:

Coordinate patient registration processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection of demographic and insurance information
schedule appointments using specialized scheduling software and provide clear instructions to patients regarding testing procedures
address billing inquiries and assist patients with resolving insurance-related issues, including obtaining necessary authorizations and referrals
maintain and update patient medical records with precision, adhering to departmental policies and compliance standards
deliver exceptional customer service by assessing patient needs and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and a positive experience for all stakeholders
communicate effectively with management to identify and resolve issues impacting workflow and recommend process improvements
uphold high standards by treating all patients and staff with dignity and respect during interactions
adapt to changes in policies, insurance regulations, and system updates to maintain efficiency and compliance
ensure consistent attendance and punctuality to support the operational needs of the clinic

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role
strong typing skills to efficiently input patient information
excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations
