Patient Care Coordinator

• Responding to patient inquiries via phone in a friendly and informative manner
• Acting as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey
• Booking surgical appointments and consultations efficiently
• Managing invoicing processes for deposits and balances
• Ensuring patient needs are met during their visits
• Coordinating essential items such as glasses for patients
• Accurately updating patient records in the database
• Contributing to a supportive and collaborative clinic environment
• Performing administrative tasks at the end of each day
• Meeting monthly targets and KPIs to support clinic success

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles
• At least 2 years' sales experience, ideally in consumer services, with a track record of meeting KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks using computers
• Familiarity with simple database applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the Internet
• Some post-secondary education (advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance the patient experience
