We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for patients and support our Medical Examinations teams, including local and international practitioners. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial consultation to follow-up care, coordinating appointments, facilitating referrals, and guiding patients through treatment plans.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary contact for patients, providing guidance, reassurance, and accurate information
Coordinate appointments, diagnostic procedures, referrals, and follow-up visits
Liaise between patients, healthcare teams, and external physicians to ensure smooth care delivery
Support business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and partnerships
Track performance metrics and communicate progress to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or administration
Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
