Job Description:

In this role, you will focus on new patient coordination, surgery scheduling, and various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of an outpatient clinical setting. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Welcome patients and address initial inquiries regarding appointments, payments, and schedules
  • Coordinate scheduling preferences with healthcare providers and respond to urgent patient needs
  • Provide administrative support to doctors and patients using reference tools and documentation
  • Maintain clinic databases and process internal forms to ensure accurate information management
  • Meet or exceed service standards set by the organization and department
  • Handle non-clinical patient messages and CRM inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
  • Manage incoming faxes, mail, and clinic-specific documentation, ensuring proper filing and distribution
  • Assist with surgery scheduling and other time-sensitive patient coordination tasks

Requirements:
