In this role as a Patient Account Rep II, you will be responsible for: Resolving regulatory and commercial accounts. Facilitating the analysis and research of EOB's to problem solve outstanding accounts. Analyze credit balances and issues refunds as necessary.

Requirements:
2 years computer experience, strong customer service skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to have:
Prior office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
