Job Responsibility:
Facilitate patient registration by gathering and verifying required information to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide assistance to patients with inquiries and guide them through the registration and scheduling processes
Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring timely scheduling and communication
Verify medical insurance coverage and eligibility, addressing discrepancies when necessary
Maintain accurate records of patient information and updates in the system
Collaborate with healthcare staff to streamline patient access and improve service delivery
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns
Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive patient data
Monitor and resolve issues related to patient access processes to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient access, registration, or similar roles within the healthcare industry
Proficiency in medical insurance verification and understanding of healthcare systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff
Familiarity with scheduling systems and patient management software
