Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Patient Access Specialist in Nashua, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be fundamental in providing quality services to patients by managing their admission processes and ensuring regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure precise assignment of MRNs
Handle incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls
Adhere to organizational policies
Conduct pre-registration of patients' accounts
Inform patients about general consent for treatment forms
Review responses in the insurance verification system
Use Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) software
Utilize auditing and reporting systems for quality assurance
Conduct account audits

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency in data entry
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
