Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
6 months of experience in an outpatient or medical office environment preferred
Comparable experience in customer service or call center settings preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient keyboarding and computer navigation skills
Experience using standard office equipment
Knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with electronic practice management systems
Experience handling multi‑line or automated phone systems
