As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and their families during some of their most important moments. Your work ensures that every patient is registered accurately and compassionately — setting the stage for excellent care.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care.
  • Complete patient registrations following established guidelines.
  • Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error-free accounts.
  • Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently.
  • Provide age-appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
  • A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
