Patient Access Flex Representative

• Support the facilities on-site by covering open shifts/positions left vacant by associate termination, medical leave, PTO, HFWA and other associate time off needs
• Adjust and accommodate a flexible schedule and travel to hospital locations within the hired region, to support the facility registration departments
• Reporting between St. Anthony Hospital and St. Anthony North Hospital

• High School Diploma/G.E.D., required
• One (1) year previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience, preferred
• Office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, knowledge of CPT/ICD-9 codes, preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritization skills
• Physical Requirements: Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
