Job Description:

We have a full-time, (38hrs per week) vacancy for a Pathways Outreach Worker - Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual, who is experienced in delivering person-centred support to vulnerable people, to join the Pathways initiative and help clients with entrenched multiple needs reach their personal goals, by providing routes out of homelessness.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance
  • Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders
  • Someone to demonstrate confidence, adaptability and conscientiousness, have empathy with the people we support and the determination to make a difference
  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
