Working alongside a friendly and collaborative team, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to busy fee earners. This is a varied and fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key.
Job Responsibility:
Preparing and issuing invoices
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Liaising with clients, agents, and internal teams
Maintaining and updating internal records and databases (including Inprotech)
Supporting bespoke client requirements, including use of client portals and document management systems
Managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ secretarial experience within a similar environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and use initiative
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Nice to have:
Experience with invoicing and/or Inprotech is advantageous
