A regional law firm in Seattle is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join their team. This role handles both U.S. and PCT applications for clients within the life sciences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing and filing patent applications, patent responses and other documents with the patent offices
  • Maintaining information in IP database and docketing software
  • Calendaring and managing client correspondence

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Patent Prosecution Paralegal
  • Experience with U.S. and PCT applications
  • Experience with USPTO, PAIR, Patent Center, WIPO and international databases
  • Working knowledge of IP specific software
