Requirements

Must possess at least 1 year of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer
Proficiency in Patent Litigation
Must be a Licensed Attorney
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
Must adhere to professional ethics and maintain confidentiality at all times
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job Responsibility

Conduct infringement and validity analysis
Prepare pleadings and infringement contentions
Conduct research and draft substantive briefing
Prepare patent owner responses in PTAB proceedings
Conduct document discovery
Assist in preparation of witnesses for depositions
Assist in pre-trial proceedings and at trial
Conduct depositions
Participate in oral argument, including in claim construction and other substantive matters
Work with experts on preparation of expert reports
