Requirements

  • Scientific and Engineering Background
  • 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution and active management of patent portfolios
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and excel at driving projects to completion independently
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Adapt swiftly to new challenges
  • Proficient in English

Nice to have

  • Qualified patent attorney (CH, EU and/or US) with solid knowledge of EU and US patent laws
  • Patent litigation experience
  • In-house roles in multinational companies
  • Robust expertise in engineering, chemistry, or both
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects to successful conclusion
  • Conversant in German
