As a Pastry Intern, you will assist our Pastry Chef in the preparation and setup of sweet creations for our various outlets, including BÔ! Restaurant, Eat Hola, Living Room, In-Room Dining, and Banquets. You will play an active role in the creation of refined desserts, ensuring they meet the high-quality standards of a 5-star establishment. Your role will also involve the strict application of hygiene and food safety standards, which are essential to maintaining the satisfaction of our discerning clientele.

Registered as Student in a Pastry/Culinary school, with pastry specialization
Highly motivated and eager to learn

Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
