Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for a candidate interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Pastry Department. During the internship in our Pastry Department you will gain valuable knowledge about different types of food preparation.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets and fruit compotes according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
Requirements:
A genuine passion for food preparation and basic culinary knowledge
Team work and flexible approach
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language
