Job Description:

As a Pastry Intern, you will assist our Pastry Chef in the preparation and setup of sweet creations for our various outlets, including BÔ! Restaurant, Eat Hola, Living Room, In-Room Dining, and Banquets. You will play an active role in the creation of refined desserts, ensuring they meet the high-quality standards of a 5-star establishment. Your role will also involve the strict application of hygiene and food safety standards, which are essential to maintaining the satisfaction of our discerning clientele.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Registered as Student in a Pastry/Culinary school, with pastry specialization
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Be a pastry student with a genuine interest in culinary excellence and haute gastronomy
  • A strong team spirit, a sense of organization, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential
  • Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
  • Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
