Job Responsibility
Full knowledge of the pastry menu and general pastry techniques including the principles and formulas concerning starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs and flavorings
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Read and understand tickets
Communicate with the FOH service team
Responsible for production and organization of the pastry station
Production of desserts
Rotation and usage of products and produces
Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
Requirements
