Pastry Cook

Assisting our Pastry Chef in general food preparation work, including food service, predominantly in the pastry department

• Hospitality experience is essential
• Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations
• Proficiency in all aspects of food safety
• Ability to keep calm under pressure, and lead by example
• Fit and energetic, manual handling is involved
• Must be a good communicator and team player
• Able to take direction from other people
• Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised
• Must be reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• No late nights or 4am starts
• Robust ongoing regular training program
