Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Job Responsibility:
Preparing sweet items, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
Maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
Requirements:
One to two years’ experience working in pastry preferred
Food Handlers Certifications required
Work authorization in the United States
