Job Responsibility:
need to have basic pastry knowledge with desire to learn new skills & techniques / follow directions accordingly
have the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
be responsible for the production and organization of the pastry station. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the production of desserts, rotation and usage of the products and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
Primarily AM production schedule
Requirements:
1+ Year Pastry Cook experience
fine dining a plus
Full availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
