Job Responsibility:
AM/PM service and/or production
Working in a learning environment with room for professional development and growth
Operating in a clean work space and producing top-quality desserts to support the pastry team
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. unassisted
Ability to kneel, walk, stand, reach/extend arms, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Must be able to work in a kitchen environment for prolonged durations without assistance
Perform other duties as directed by kitchen management
Requirements:
Baking/Pastry degree or relevant high-end restaurant experience
Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
Responsible, respectful and team player
Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
