Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of prior culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen
Ability to make various pastries including cookies, cakes, and plated desserts
Excellent multitasking and detail orientation skills
Ability to use kitchen equipment and tools safely
Customer service experience
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
Knowledge and skills in making cookies, cakes, chocolate tempering, entremets, friandise and plated desserts
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools
