Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Pastry Cook/Baker to join our Pastry Department! We believe in serving from the heart. Job Responsibility:
Support our chefs and fellow team members with daily tasks
Bake and decorate pastry items for parties and events, a la carte, and banquets
Incorporate seasonal ingredients into every day production
Continuously work to improve your craft while always looking for more efficient techniques and new ways to raise our standards
Take pride in our food, treating every dish that goes out as your own
Support your fellow team members, both HOH and FOH, and contribute to a healthy, positive culture
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
At least two years of baking and plating desserts
Experience producing pastry items in a commercial kitchen from scratch
Proficient food safety & sanitation knowledge
