Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Cook 5 who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Pastry Management Team.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing sweet items, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, fruit compotes, guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment

Requirements:

  • High School education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean all equipment and utensils
  • Basic mathematics essential
  • Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
  • ServSafe (within 3 months)
  • Tuberculosis Clearance
