As a Pastry Commis at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, you’ll work alongside a passionate team, supporting the Pastry Chef and other senior kitchen staff. You'll be involved in every aspect of the pastry kitchen – from day-to-day operations to crafting beautiful desserts and baked goods that delight our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Run the day-to-day operation of your assigned station with care and attention to detail
Work with precision and creativity, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines to create exceptional pastry dishes
Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials
Uphold the Four Seasons values of professionalism, ensuring the highest levels of quality and service are consistently delivered
Maintain a positive and collaborative environment where team spirit thrives
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel for at least 1 year
A certificate from Pastry School would be advantage
A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills (fluency in English is required)
A commitment to delivering excellence, both in terms of food quality and guest service
