The Pastry Commis will prepare all mise-en-place, items and dishes with the Pastry Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be assisting with the creation of menu items. The Pastry Commis will need to ensure all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to.
Job Responsibility:
Carry out and ensure the preparation of its part under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or a Demi-Chef de Partie
Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times
Respect, follow and control health and safety rules, and wear appropriate safety equipment
Know how to bake breads and pastries alone
Requirements:
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
Fluency in French and English
