  • Knowledge around preparing pastry products including doughs, pastry fillings, cakes, buns, biscuits, and bread
  • An understanding of baking, shaping and decorating pastry and bread products
  • Worked in a quality restaurant, patisserie, cafe or hotel
  • Experience operating large machines including mixers, ovens, dough forming machines
  • An understanding of HACCP, hygiene practices and following WH&S
  • Can follow a recipe and accurately weigh ingredients
