Job Responsibility:
Bake pastry items according to pre-established recipes
Decorate pastries in a consistent style
Follow plating and display standards
Follow portion standards
Maintain inventory of prepped ingredients
Properly label and store ingredients
Keep kitchen area and tools clean
Requirements:

1+ year of pastry experience, preferably in a high volume or fine dining setting
