Job Responsibility:

Refine your skills in a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment
Requirements:
Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium kitchen
Strong pastry fundamentals and attention to detail
Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment
Strong organisation and teamwork skills
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and a variety of shifts
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie highly regarded
