As a key member of our culinary team, the Pastry Chef de Partie will bring their expertise and creativity to the kitchen, working alongside other talented chefs to deliver exquisite pastries that showcase both innovation and traditional Flavors. Drawing inspiration from local ingredients and global culinary trends, they will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, attention to detail is paramount as the Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing pastries in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines. They will also assist in inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained appropriately while minimizing wastage.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
4 years of Culinary Experience with 1 year of supervisory experience in a pastry kitchen
Must be creative and innovative to ensure continuous evolution of offerings
Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Fluent in English
