We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to assist the Head Pastry Chef with the daily operations of the dessert section. You will be responsible for ensuring your section runs efficiently and to the highest standards. As a key team member, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to the kitchen, maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all tasks.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in an a-la-carte restaurant
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail
Calm and composed demeanour
Able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
