As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our pastry kitchen, contributing to the preparation and creation of exquisite desserts and pastry items. Working under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and the highest standards of quality in every dish served.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and present pastry items to Four Seasons’ exacting standards
Support the smooth running of the pastry section on a daily basis
Maintain compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver innovative pastry creations
Uphold Four Seasons’ reputation for excellence and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining environment, ideally within a Michelin-starred kitchen
Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
A passion for pastry, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills
