As our Biscuit Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your station and deliver impeccable quality every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all food production on your station, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Prepare, bake, and finish biscuits, cookies, fillings and garnishes
  • Contribute to new ideas and products with the Head/Sous Chef
  • Conduct regular checks, audits, and temperature controls
  • Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise wastage
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Plan and organise daily production to ensure smooth operation
  • To be able to work in a team and uphold Fortnum’s standards
  • Work collaboratively with Front of House teams
  • Comfortable working in an open kitchen – customer facing

Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen that focused on pastries, bakery and chocolate
