Pastry Chef & Senior Pastry Chef – Premium Hospitality (Matchdays Only) #DareToBe a passionate culinary innovator Are you ready to take your pastry skills to stadium level on matchdays? We’re looking for Pastry Chefs and Senior Pastry Chefs to join our Premium Hospitality team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, delivering world-class desserts, baked goods, and sweet creations for fans, VIPs, and players. Important: This is a matchday role, and we’re looking for candidates who can commit to the entire season. You will also be required to work 2–3 prep days before each matchday to ensure everything is ready for service. Candidates should be based in the local area or able to reliably travel to the stadium. This role offers a unique blend of high-profile event work and daily café production, giving you the chance to showcase creativity, precision, and scale across a variety of experiences. Where You’ll Work Our Premium venues span a variety of high-end dining experiences, including: HCLUB on Four – Fine dining for 500 covers with in-house & guest chefs Tunnel Club – Premium plated desserts for 104 guests Suites & Loges – Sharing dessert buffets for 1,000 guests Restaurants & Stratus – Seasonal, innovative pastry concepts Player & Media Dining – Performance-focused sweet treats M Café – Daily café production, open 7am–5pm, serving fresh pastries and desserts to fans You’ll also be involved in high-profile Concert & Events (C&E) such as P&G events, Brit Awards, and other large-scale stadium occasions, delivering exceptional pastries for thousands of guests under pressure.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and produce high-quality desserts, plated desserts, baked items, and daily café pastries
  • Maintain consistency and presentation across multiple venues and event types
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards
  • Support service flow and collaborate with the brigade to deliver seamless service
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
  • Lead a pastry section during prep and service, including café and event operations
  • Mentor and develop junior pastry chefs
  • Manage stock, prep schedules, and section organisation
  • Collaborate with Sous and Head Chefs on menu innovation and special events
  • Maintain excellence in presentation, flavour, and quality under pressure

Requirements

  • Experienced Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in high-end or large-scale kitchens
  • Creative, precise, and passionate about pastry craft
  • Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene (Level 3 desirable for Senior Pastry Chef)
  • Able to commit to all matchdays for the season, plus 2–3 prep days per match
