Job Description:

Pastoral Teaching Assistant – Student Mentor role supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs in a holistic school in Enfield. Opportunity for psychology, sociology, or criminology graduates to gain behavioural/pastoral experience working alongside psychological professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Support students with a variety of SEN/SEMH needs
Mentor a child and support their development
Work alongside psychological and behavioural professionals
Make decisions on the care the child receives

Requirements:

1st Class/2:1 in a Social Sciences Degree
Strong Academic Record
Experience working with children/young people
Experience with additional needs is desirable
Strong communication skills
Friendly and bubbly personality

Nice to have:

Experience with additional needs

What we offer:

No weekends
Monday-Friday schedule 8:30-15:30
