Job Description:

Pastoral Teaching Assistant – Student Mentor role supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs in a holistic school in Enfield. Ideal for psychology, sociology, or criminology graduates looking to gain behavioural/pastoral experience.

Job Responsibility:

Support students with a variety of SEN/SEMH needs
Work alongside psychological and behavioural professionals
Mentor a child and support their development
Make decisions on the care the child receives

Requirements:

1st Class/2:1 in a Social Sciences Degree
Strong Academic Record
Experience working with children/young people
Experience with additional needs is desirable
Strong communication skills
Friendly and bubbly personality

Nice to have:

Experience with additional needs
