Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in Camden is seeking a Pastoral Support – Graduate to support pupil wellbeing across KS3-KS5, beginning in September 2025. This long-term role is ideal for those interested in careers in education, pastoral care, or behaviour management.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
Working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
Assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs

Requirements:

1ST Class/2:1 graduate from a reputable university
Strong academics across the board, including A-Levels and GCSEs
Passionate about pupil support and working with young people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bubbly and charismatic personality, and approachable
Confident in understanding and knowledge of KS3-KS5 curriculums

Nice to have:

Experience with SEMH needs
Interest in pursuing a career in teaching
Interest in pastoral care, wellbeing, and behaviour management
