Job Description:

Pastoral Support role providing wellbeing support to pupils across KS3-KS5 at an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Camden. Fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to pursue careers in pastoral care, wellbeing, and behaviour management.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
Working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
Assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs
Pastoral management of the student body

Requirements:

1ST Class/2:1 graduate from a reputable university
Strong academics across the board, including A-Levels and GCSEs
Passionate about pupil support and working with young people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bubbly and charismatic personality, and approachable
Confident in understanding and knowledge of KS3-KS5 curriculums
