Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in Camden is seeking a graduate for a Pastoral Support role starting September 2025. This full-time position involves working closely with students and leadership, offering wellbeing and pastoral care across KS3-KS5.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
Working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
Assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs
September 2025 start with potential Teacher Training opportunities from September 2026

Requirements:

1ST Class/2:1 graduate from a reputable university
Strong academics across the board, including A-Levels and GCSEs
Passionate about pupil support and working with young people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bubbly and charismatic personality, and approachable
Confident in understanding and knowledge of KS3-KS5 curriculums
