Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in the Borough of Bexley is seeking a Pastoral Support – Graduate to provide wellbeing support to pupils across KS3-KS5. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025. The Head Teacher is keen to speak to academically gifted graduates looking to gain experience with SEMH needs or those looking to pursue a career in teaching.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
Working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
Assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs

Requirements:

1ST Class/2:1 graduate from a reputable university
Strong academics across the board, including A-Levels and GCSEs
Passionate about pupil support and working with young people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bubbly and charismatic personality, and approachable
Confident in understanding and knowledge of KS3-KS5 curriculums
