Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in Hounslow is seeking a Pastoral Support – Graduate to provide wellbeing support to pupils across KS3-KS5. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025. You will be responsible for the pastoral management of the student body and work closely with the Student Support Team.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs

Requirements:

1ST Class/2:1 graduate from a reputable university
strong academics across the board, including A-Levels and GCSEs
passionate about pupil support and working with young people
strong interpersonal and communication skills
bubbly and charismatic personality, and approachable
confident in understanding and knowledge of KS3-KS5 curriculums
