Requirements

  • A passion for working with neurodivergent youth (SEND/ASC)
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification or higher
  • A driving licence (essential for regional student support)
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
  • Previous experience in a school, pupil referral unit (PRU), or alternative provision is highly desirable
