Job Description:

Graduates Wanted – Pastoral Intern. Are you an academically successful graduate considering a career in teaching? Or, are you a graduate keen on gaining experience with SEMH and wellbeing? If so, EdEx are working with an Outstanding school in Hounslow who are seeking an academically gifted graduate to support as a Pastoral Intern.

Job Responsibility:

Support in day to day pastoral management within the school
Have a strong voice in shaping everyday practice within the school particularly in regard to behaviour, wellbeing, and pastoral care
Working across KS3-5 with a focus on upkeeping strong wellbeing support
Working alongside senior leadership to manage the pastoral support the school offers
Supporting students of all abilities
Receiving elite training and CPD

Requirements:

1st Class graduate, or a 2:1 from a top university
Strong A-level results, including Maths
Excellent communication skills
Fun loving, bright personality
Passionate about education
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
