Job Responsibility
Provide consistent pastoral and emotional support to students with SEMH and trauma-related needs
Use trauma-informed approaches to support regulation, behaviour, and engagement in learning

Work closely with teaching staff to ensure strategies are consistent and responsive to individual needs
Requirements
Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, trauma, or behavioural needs
Understanding of trauma-informed practice and approaches to supporting emotional wellbeing
Ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations
Relevant qualifications or experience in Health & Social Care, Youth Work, Education, or similar fields
