Job Responsibility

Responsible for the overall operation of the Pasta Counter and the team
Manage the team on a day-to-day basis while also greeting, serving, and engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage rotas and take ownership of the team labour budget
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions, make recommendations, and drive sales through effective upselling
Ensure up-to-date knowledge of both Harrods and Pasta Evangelists policies and procedures
Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and product launches
Responsible for food ordering, stock counts, and managing deliveries upon arrival
Ensure all team members, including yourself, complete required training, including food safety and health & safety, and consistently adhere to company standards
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the counter, including pasta and sauce displays
Ensure full compliance with food safety requirements at all times
