Job Responsibility

Providing expert guidance on passive fire protection, ensuring compliance with UK fire safety regulations
Conducting fire risk assessments and developing fire strategies
Carrying out structural fire resistance assessments of concrete, steel, and timber structures
Advising on passive fire protection, including fire-stopping, compartmentation, intumescent coatings, and fire boarding

Proven experience as a Fire Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy environment
Strong understanding of fire safety design principles, codes, and standards
Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or Degree) in Building Studies, Construction, or Engineering
Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) or similar professional body
